There are three 10-bed homes which serve as transitional housing for persons with psychiatric disabilities, and for individuals with a dual diagnosis of mental illness and mental retardation.  A Supported Housing Apartment Program is available for those who are ready to move on to a more independent living situation.  516-872-6103

Some of the services the community residences provide for the residents are as follows:

- Bio-Psychosocial assessment

- Restorative services, i.e. purchase and prep of nutritious food; personal hygiene;

- Travel training; rehabilitative counseling; community integration

- Health medical/Psychiatric Management Maintenance

- Activities of daily living

- Medication Management

- Budgeting money
