Services: Behavioral Health Services

Mercy’s Behavioral Health Services have been meeting the Behavioral Health needs of the community since 1958 and are staffed by caring, qualified health professionals, including social workers, registered nurses, alcoholism counselors, activities therapists and behavioral health aides.  Our Medical Staff includes the Department of Psychiatry, whose members are privileged to admit to our Inpatient Psychiatric Unit and consult to other medical units within the hospital. Many of our psychiatrists also provide treatment and leadership to several of our outpatient treatment programs.

Mercy’s Behavioral Health Services offers the full continuum of care including Inpatient Psychiatry, Outpatient Mental Health and Chemical Dependency Day Programs and Clinics, as well as residential programs for the Mentally Ill/Mentally Retarded, and Chemical Dependency populations.

Mercy’s Behavioral Health Services is committed to providing quality care to individuals, their families or significant others.
