These classes are designed with an emphasis on facilitating recovery after delivery and a safe return to exercise.  Infant massage is also incorporated into the program.  Participants may begin six weeks after delivery.  The fee is $10 per class.  Classes are held offsite in the Lynbrook Physical Therapy facility.
