Mercy Medical Center takes pride in having a full service outpatient obstetrical and pediatric service.  Experienced, caring and dedicated obstetricians, pediatricians, neonatologists and nursing staff especially trained in these areas of expertise, staff this service.  Our outpatients received all the care they require in the comfort of our modern setting.  

The Department of Health has re-designated Mercy as a Level III Perinatal Center.  Mercy has 10 Pediatric beds, 15 NICU beds and performs 40 pediatric surgical procedures monthly.  Mercy’s Women’s and Children’s Outpatient Services provide comprehensive healthcare to nearly 4,000 patients annually that are on Medicare, Medicaid or are uninsured.  

Mercy’s Women’s and Children’s Outpatient Services offer services and counseling for mothers, teens and children.  Mothers continue to receive individual attention and return to Mercy for obstetric care and deliver their second or third babies.
