Barbara Mandell, M.D., F.A.C.P.

Providing primary care at Hewlett Internal Medicine, Dr. Barbara Mandell has been a fixture in the community for nearly three decades.

She received her medical degree from Washington University in St. Louis, and did post-graduate training in pediatrics and internal medicine at the Rutgers University School of Medicine and Dentistry in New Jersey and Cabrini Health Care Systems in Manhattan.

In private practice for a decade in New York City and California before establishing her office in Hewlett in 1987, Dr. Mandell is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians and is a member of the faculties of both the Albert Einstein and Hofstra University Schools of Medicine.

Michael S. Moskowitz, D.O.

Returning to the community where he was born and raised, Dr. Moskowitz provides primary care at Bellmore Family Practice.

Dr. Moskowitz, whose parents have resided in Bellmore for three decades, was a graduate of John F. Kennedy High School and went on to earn his undergraduate degree cum laude at State University of New York-Binghamton, and his medical degree at the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in Old Westbury.

He did his post-graduate training at Good Samaritan Hospital in West Islip, where he most recently was Chief Resident in the Family Medicine Residency Program. Last year he was awarded first place for a case presentation at the annual convention of the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians.

Arthur Kornblit, MD

Dr. Kornblit has been practicing primary care/family medicine for many years. Dr. Kornblit has 30 years of Emergency Medicine/Urgent care experience. He has been on the Medical Staff of Mercy Medical Center since 1989 and St. Francis Hospital since 2013.

His practice is for the evaluation and treatment of all conditions, but more importantly, he specializes in Preventative Medicine. By doing routine exams, the appropriate testing and sending for specialty evaluations he strives to stay one step ahead.
